Fuel line, detailed close up

This is a pushlock airline setup and is what Excalibur uses as fuel delivery line. It's the lightest set up I found at 31grams (1.09oz). This has done 2 seasons without issue, though replaced once as a precaution.

The thread is 1/8BSP. It swivels for orientation of the line. Rubber internal seals are possibly viton or similar. In the world of compressors where these items are used, this type of line and fittings are good for 150psi or so.

This is what the line is made from. Polyethylene 8mm OD. It gives good resistance to methanol for the short term purpose we use them for. Note: the methanol is carefully drained out of the carbs, needle valves and fuel line after meetings!
